Declaring/signing up your swimmer(s) for events is easy in our Swimtopia portal at www.stseaotters.com.

The deadline to sign up for a meet is the Tuesday by 5pm before the Saturday meet.

You can sign up for any open dual meets.

You can make edits to your swimmers’ declaration and meet entries by the meet deadline. The meet deadline is Tuesday, at 5pm, before the meet date.

Instructions on Declaring in Swimtopia:

1. Sign-in to our team's website – Santa Teresa Sea Otters.
2. The signin button is in the top right corner.
3. Sign in using the credentials you used for registration.
4. Click on Meets & Events / Click on “View All”
5. Click on the green “Meet Entry” button next to the Meet you are entering.
6. Click on “Edit”
7. Click on “Attending this meet” or “Not Attending this meet”
8. Select Events swimmer will swim and provide relay information
9. Click “Save”
10. Repeat for all other athletes you may have
