Tomorrow is the First Day of Practice!
Hello Sea Otters,
Our swim season starts tomorrow! Ahead of our first day of practice, we have a few important reminders.
PARENTS/GUARDIANS — PLEASE READ
- Please check the dry erase board daily (located near the girls’ bathroom). It will be updated regularly with important information.
Help Us Keep Rancho Santa Teresa Safe and Fun for Everyone!
Following Club rules is every member’s responsibility:
- Hot Tub: Sea Otters (and their siblings) under age 14 must be supervised by an adult.
- Adult Pool: For ages 18+ only - no exceptions, even with a parent present.
- Entry Gate: The Club gate must remain closed during practices. Please use your fob for entry. (Tip: Members ages 14+ can request their own fob!)
All members and guests are expected to follow both Team and Rancho rules. Coaches, Board Members, and Rancho Staff may ask anyone who is disruptive or disrespectful to leave. Repeated or serious issues may result in suspension or dismissal from the team without a refund. Rancho Board Members also reserve the right to suspend or revoke Club memberships if necessary.
Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and respectful environment for all!
A New Way to Connect
We’re trying something new this year: the ST Sea Otters WhatsApp group! It includes several channels for parents and coaches to stay connected throughout the season:
- Announcements – key updates and important events
- General – team-wide chat
- Age Group Chats – updates specific to your swimmer’s group
- Parents Relay Participants – for those ready to jump in and have some fun
- New Families – a space to connect and ask questions
