Hello Sea Otters Families,

Thank you for your flexibility and patience over the past couple of weeks as we’ve worked through adjustments to the 13–18 practice schedule.

We’re excited to share that, beginning this Monday - April 27, we will be organizing the 13-18 age group into two training groups: Yellow and Blue. This is a structure we introduced last year and are returning to in order to provide more individualized coaching and a better overall practice experience.

This approach allows our coaches to work more closely with swimmers by grouping them based on a combination of age, skill, and experience - helping ensure each athlete is appropriately challenged and supported. Our goal is to refine technique, build confidence, and support each swimmer’s development in a focused and effective training environment.

Over the past two weeks, while the group has been combined, initial evaluations have taken place. Coaches will continue to assess swimmers and may make adjustments to group placement as needed to ensure the best fit for each athlete.

Please note that we will continue sharing the pool with Stingrays until 8:00pm.
