Hello Sea Otters Families,

Happy Friday! This is a reminder that volunteer sign-ups open tomorrow (Saturday) at 9:00am. For instructions on how to sign up on our new Swimtopia platform - see attached.

Please plan to sign up for your full season of shifts (Champs sign-ups will be shared later in the season). You can review our Volunteer Policy and job descriptions for each shift here.

Our Board and Volunteer team have spent significant time streamlining roles to focus on what’s most impactful. We’ve consolidated and reduced positions to help lighten the load for families - most families will only need 5 shifts this season.

With fewer roles available, we appreciate your flexibility and community-minded approach if additional help is needed.

If you’re a returning family (2+ years), we encourage you to consider more involved roles, as we may need to shift experienced volunteers into those positions, if needed. Some roles require training and are pre-assigned - if you’re interested, please reach out so we can help you prepare for next season.
